A Spot for Frog (2022)
Locked out of the school art room, a creative nonbinary teen named Frog grapples with anxiety as they seek a new place to eat lunch. Imagination blurs with reality in this hybrid work of live action and animation about the search for a place and a voice on the margins of the norm.

Writing, directing, producing, editing, scoring, and animating this short film myself was a year-long labor of love that grew directly from my personal experiences in high school, and an honest desire to express them onscreen.
I created A Spot for Frog in film school with a crew of less than 15 peers, and virtually no budget—only enough to cover their meals. I am forever grateful to all of my friends for their help and support!
